Specialist Charles A. Jankowski, 24, of Panama City, Florida. Jankowski died in Arab Jabour, Iraq, of wounds suffered when an improvised explosive device IED detonated near his vehicle. He was assigned to the 3rd Brigade Troops Battalion, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, Fort Stewart, Georgia. Died on March 28, 2008 while supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.
